By purchasing any educational program, training, masterclass, workshop, or course offered by Luna Vega Consulting Inc. (“Program”), you (“Student,” “you,” “your”) agree to the following terms:

1. Program Details

The Program may be delivered as:

  • A live online session (e.g., masterclass, workshop, training), and/or

  • A recorded course or replay, made available through our learning platform.

Details regarding program format, date(s), and delivery method will be provided at the point of purchase.

If the Program includes a live session, Students will also receive access to a replay, typically made available within 1–7 business days.

2. Pricing

  • Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

  • Pricing and any promotional offers will be clearly stated at checkout.

3. Refund Policy

  • All sales are final due to the digital nature of the product.

  • We do not provide refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, personal scheduling conflicts, inability to attend live, or personal reasons.

  • If you experience any issues accessing the Program materials, you must contact us at  so we can resolve the issue. Access issues will be addressed by our support team and are not grounds for a refund.

  • If you cannot attend a live session, you will still receive access to the replay (when applicable). Non-attendance does not qualify for a refund.

4. Access & Delivery

  • Live session access details (e.g., Zoom links) will be delivered via email. You are responsible for providing a valid email and checking your inbox/spam folders.

  • Replay or course access will be delivered via our learning platform (Kajabi or another platform we may use).

5. Student Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for having a reliable internet connection and the necessary technology to access the Program.

  • You agree not to share, distribute, or resell any part of the Program materials or recordings.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, prompts, recordings, and content are the intellectual property of Luna Vega Consulting Inc.

  • They are provided solely for your personal educational use.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.

7. Testimonials, Recordings & Marketing Use

  • By purchasing the Program, you grant us the right to use any testimonials, feedback, or reviews you voluntarily provide in marketing materials.

  • If your image, voice, or name appears in a live session or replay, you acknowledge and consent that it may be used for educational and marketing purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Results & Limitation of Liability

  • Results are not guaranteed. Success depends on your individual effort, consistency, and application of the strategies taught.

  • Participation in the Program is at your own risk.

  • Luna Vega Consulting Inc. is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your participation.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
